FAQs

Virgin Hair

Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed or treated with any kind of chemicals, it is just cut from a single donor directly and in natural state with its cuticles running into the same direction and intact. it only by boiling water for cleaning. sometimes we also call it "cuticle hair". So you can bleach, dye and restyle the virgin hair just as your own.

Remy Hair

Remy Hair was carefully bundled at the roots from the moment it is cut from donor and maintained throughout production so the cuticles run in same direction. The differences between virgin hair is remy hair has been light chemiclly processed for color or texture even it cut before, the cuticles are removed before colored and permed, it won’t cause tangling since the roots and tip didn’t mixing, but the hair longetity is shorter than the virgin hair. It can last 8 months or more with proper care and maintenance.

Non-remy Hair

Non-Remy Hair that was cut and collected from the floor so that roots and ends are mixed. To solve the inevitable tangling, the cuticles must be chemically removed. Non-remy hair has both the roots and the tips mixed up so that all the hair are not running in the same direction , this type of hair removed all the cuticles to avoid tangling, and the factory have dyed the color and done deep chemical treatment on it so that is look luster , feel soft. It is not durable at all. We call it dropping floor hair as well, this kind of hair can last at most 3 months.

Hair Care

Mind your hair extensions to keep them in the best condition possible. They are valuable accessories to your look and are actually quite easy to maintain. All you need to know is a few basic care instructions as outlined below. These tips can help you keep human hair extensions looking fabulous and lasting longer.

Be Extremely Gentle
When caring for hair extensions, brushing or styling the extensions gently can prevent the hair from falling out. Use a soft-bristled brush, start at the bottom and slowly work your way up. It is best to care for them more than you would your own hair.
Wash With Moisturizing Hair Care Products
Wash your extensions a maximum of 3 times a week with moisturizing hair care products. Because your extensions are not getting natural oils from your scalp to keep your hair in good condition, this will keep the moisture in from shampooing while at the same time not drying them out from over-shampooing
Use a Heat Protectant
Use a heat protectant on hair extensions to reduce the risk of heat damage whenecer you use a heated appliance on your hair.
Deep Condition
Once a week, carefully put your extensions in lukewarm water and apply a bit of conditioner all over. Leave for around 20 minutes then rinse and let dry naturally - using a blow dryer will damage them if used too much. If necessary, put the dryer on a cool setting (almost as if it was wind) .
Keep Ends Trmmed
As careful as you are, your human - hair extensions will most likely get split ends. To avoid letting the damage move up the hair shaft, trim the ends every 6 - 10 weeks. You can do it yourself using salon scissors, or go to a hairstylist.
